Hello! I’m Helen Pugh, the founder of Helen Pugh – Business Solutions based in Shropshire 

Over three decades, I’ve forged my path through customer-facing roles in estate agency, insurance, and financial services, building expertise in organisation, communication, and problem solving that lives on in the support services I offer today.

After no longer being able to navigate the  traditional workplace  due to disability chronic health conditions, I transformed the adversity into opportunity,  launching FlexAssist and ultimately Helen Pugh – Business Solutions. 

Today, I provide business solutions for small businesses and entrepreneurs predominantly in the property sector, and their partners such as tradesman,  to lighten their day‑to‑day workload through reliable remote business support, so they can focus on growth, clients, or simply catch their breath.
