I am a Property Operations & Revenue Performance Specialist with over 30 years’ experience across estate agency, insurance, and financial services.

Having worked in customer-facing and management-level roles, I understand the commercial realities of running property businesses — from pipeline progression and compliance risk to portfolio performance and client retention.

Throughout my career, I have built a reputation for bringing structure, clarity and commercial focus to operational environments. 

Today, through Helen Pugh Business Solutions, I provide senior-level operational oversight to estate agencies, short-term rental operators, and property professionals who need experienced leadership without the cost of a full-time director.

When disability and chronic health conditions made the traditional workplace unsustainable, I chose to redesign my career rather than step away from it. That decision led to the creation of my consultancy model,  allowing me to continue delivering high-level expertise in a way that is both sustainable and impactful.
