With over 20 years of experience in the property sector, I’ve worked across everything from residential sales and lettings to short-term rentals, auctions, investment research, and even insuring high-net-worth homes. I've managed portfolios, progressed deals, and built strong relationships across every part of the chain — so I know first-hand how demanding this industry can be.
But my journey hasn’t always followed a traditional path.
As someone living with disabilities and chronic illness, I’ve had to navigate a world that often wasn’t built for me.
The 9-to-5 corporate structure no longer worked, but giving up my passion for property wasn’t an option. I’m tenacious, driven, and fiercely committed to doing meaningful work, just in a way that works for me, and for those I support.
That’s why I founded Helen Pugh - Property Assistant — to provide flexible, dependable freelance business support to those in the property world.
